Chapter 1.1 - A new life ahead

 
Life is tough for the new sister's in town, Esmarelda and Fantasia Rosewood. With both of their parents dieing tragically leaving them with little inheritance, they had no choice but to move to the shady town of Moonlit Tides and start from scratch. They purchased a big yet basic house with some basic amenities, ready to start their new life.

E: Well this is different. This will definitely take some getting used to!

F: I think it has a certain charm about it...er hm...Well all the more reason to start making money so we can fix the place up! I know this town seems a little rough but I'm sure we can make it work here. We have to!

Fantasia: Well hello there, my name is Fantasia Rosewood. As you can see, I am a fairy hehe.
 
So you probably want to learn more about me?? Well first of all I am very Family Oriented! I love my family and I very much look forward to having my own one day!
 
I am a great gatherer! I just love collecting things, I can't help myself but to keep collecting more and more of everything!
 
I enjoy socialising. I am very much a social butterfly! If I come across someone I have never met, I will not hesitate to walk right up to them and start a conversation :-)
 
I am a hopeless romantic at heart. I long for my prince charming to come along and sweep me off my feet!
 
People also tell me I am quite Proper! I feel one must carry themselves appropriately at all times. I also enjoy dressing up for every occasion. It is important to look your best at all times!

Fantasia: My ultimate lifetime wish would be to give people a Magic Makeover. I would love to use my magic for good and grant those less fortunate than I with some inner beauty! True beauty comes from within.
 
As soon as I arrived in Moonlit tides, I decided to join the medical career. I thought it best to give back to the community and help the sick and injured.

Esmarelda: So you probably want to know who I am too huh? Well of course you do, look at me! I am pretty fabulous! A Fabulous witch in fact!

Well if that first statement didn't give it away, I am a self confessed Diva! Everything has to be done my way and my was is usually right.

I am great at Brooding. I am fascinated by the meaning of life, and the meaning of meaning and you will often see me pondering life's big questions.

I also enjoy night time much more than the day time so I guess you can call me a night owl.

I have also been told by boyfriends past that I am a great kisser! Well lucky for me, being a great kisser makes for a fantastic addition to my flirty tendencies! If someone attractive catches my eye I can't help batting the eye lashes and pulling out a smooth pick up line to get their attention.

Esmarelda: My lifetime wish would to be a mystic healer. I may have a tough exterior being a witch and all but believe me when I say I want to use my magic for good by turning transformed Sim's back to their usual selves.

I decided to join the music career when I arrived in town. Since I am a night owl, I thought this career would suit my nocturnal lifestyle perfectly!

As soon as the girls moved into the new house, it didn't take long for them to start exploring the new town.

E: Ok this house is making me look bad. I'm gonna check out the town and see what it has to offer.

F: Oh definitely! I must explore and start making some new friends!

E: Who needs a car when you can get around on a broom! Oh sorry that's right, you don't have broom do you my dear fairy sister! You may have wings but they just don't cut it over long distances do they?

F: Well riding a broom down the street is hardly lady like! I will get around my own way thank you, even if that means ordering a taxi!

Esmarelda: Since we were so low on money, I decided to hit the local tavern and try my hand at earning some tips as a DJ. It was a lot of fun but I didn't have much luck at making money.

Esmarelda: After putting down a few tracks, I headed downstairs for a drink and I noticed a mysterious looking man watching me from afar.

Esmarelda: I turned around and didn't hesitate to approach him. I introduced myself and soon discovered his name was Dante Morganthe and he was a Vampire. I liked what I saw so in my usual fashion I decided to start flirting with him.

E: Well don't you look dashing in your bow tie! Maybe I could try it on later?

Esmarelda: It turned out that he was also an old hat at this flirting thing as he made a few moves on me also. He was a charming man but I could not stand here with him all day when there is still a whole town to explore!

Fantasia: It didn't take long for me to start meeting people and make friends. This is Bill Misfit who I met at the park. We were chatting away for so long and I was not going to let him go until he became my friend!

Fantasia: I also met a darling little girl at the park. She looked like the type of girl who liked fairies, so I transformed into my miniature self and gave her some fairy love.

Fantasia: I did however have some less than favourable interactions with others at the park. I felt this man was acting inappropriately so I did not hesitate to slap him across the face with a glove!

F: You sir need to learn some manners when socialising with others at a park...glove in your face!

Esmarelda: I decided to visit the local Gypsy and get my fortune told and what a rip off! I paid her $7 and told me nothing before asking me to fork out more cash. I sure wont be doing that again!

Esmarelda: My trip to the Gypsy shack wasn't a complete loss however as I met a group of people having a pic nick. These people actually seem pretty normal. Not at all like the shady characters I was expecting!

Esmarelda: As the sun set, I started to get hungry, but I didn't want to leave as night time was my time to shine and have fun. Who needs to race home to have dinner when I can just conjure up an apple out of thin air with my wand. Brilliant!

Fantasia: I was out exploring that evening also when I came across a park, and in that park I found two grown men jumping on a trampoline! Such behaviour was unheard of where I came from so I just had to teach one of them a lesson. I decided to cast a chattering teeth prank on one of those fellows. I hope he will now choose to use proper behaviour when out in public in the future!

These two sisters certainly didn't hesitate to make the most of their first day in town! Soon they will be starting work and finally have a chance to earn a living.
